PROPERTY INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Taiko's involvement in property investment and development started in 1991 with the incorporation of Taiko Properties Sdn Bhd. Taiko Properties Sdn Bhd was set up to manage the property companies within the Taiko Group, as well as to look into the development of the properties, mainly in Malaysia.

The latest on-going projects managed by Taiko Properties Sdn Bhd are Bandar Seri Botani and The Thompson, Flora Tropika Residences.
